Role Description
We are looking for an Engineer to join our team, who will be involved in cross-functional activities across production, quality, maintenance, and process, contributing to the plant’s technological and organizational development.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
- Passion for production and technical environments
- Good command of English
- Proactive, organized, and eager to grow in a structured company
What you will do
- Provide technical support for production and improvement activities
- Perform process analysis and monitor KPIs
- Collaborate with technical departments
- Manage technical documentation
- Participate in innovation and industrial automation projects
