Team Bruschi
The Bruschi team works every day to ensure the standard required by customers.
Management
Paolo Rastelli CEO
I came to Bruschi in 1998 and through the years I have been in charge of Logistics, Production, Supply Chain, Organization and HR. Since 2012 I have been CEO of Bruschi, with a vision I have been always bringing with me through this journey: working to join together highly valued people. This is the only way for Bruschi to be able to set, pursue and achieve any goal. A vision that is now a standard because it worked in the past, it is bringing results today and I am fully convinced it will be the main ingredient for tomorrow.
Simone Maggiori President
After some experiences in different business areas, I joined Bruschi in 2008. Since the very first moment I found a cooperative and target-oriented environment, thanks to which I could start my activity of customers research and management. I firmly believe that providing innovative and on-time services to the customers will open the way to new, long-term partnerships. I trust in Bruschi' potential to bring significant results over the next few years.

Manufacturing & Tool Shop
Andrea Bellati Technical Department Manager
I have been working in Bruschi since 1992 and over the years I have gained deep experience in all the manufacturing and technical areas of the company. Currently, I am in charge of the organization of the Tool Shop Department. Our goal is to produce, improve and maintain performing molds to fully meet our customers' requirements. Bruschi is a dynamic company, constantly growing and evolving and that's why I like being part of this team.
Roberto Rodolfo Gaggianesi Process Manager
I have been a member of Bruschi Team since 2014, taking on growing responsibility positions in the company. Currently I am in charge of Production Department, with focus on optimization of die casting process and continuous improvements to increase production efficiency and quality standards. Working in a dynamic and stimulating environment like Bruschi contributes to increase motivation and to develop an extremely flexible and innovative working attitude.
Ben Prigian Tooling Manager - USA Plant
In 1984, my career began as a tool and die apprentice with a company that Bruschi USA purchased in 2020. There was very little automation at the start of my career and it is fascinating to innovate die casting using CNC equipment and robotics in my current role as the Tooling Manager, which I've held for over 20 years. I enjoy sharing my expertise with the team, developing new employees, and working with customers to meet their quality needs.
Roberto Sacchi Engineering Manager - Gorla Plant
Before arriving at the Gorla Minore plant, I spent many years gaining experience in die casting workshops, during which I also got to know Bruschi. I later joined Sapre and accepted the new challenge at Bruschi, drawn by the opportunity to change my approach and grow in a more structured environment. Today I support production and oversee the development of new molds and projects. I enjoy seeing ideas take shape: going from a drawing to a physical product is always deeply rewarding. At Bruschi I found much more fluid internal communication compared to other companies. People are valued for what they know how to do, and the group grows thanks to each person’s uniqueness. I’d describe myself as adaptable, communicative, and innovation-oriented.
Michael Zennaro Alluminium Foundry Manager
I’ve been at Bruschi since 2008. I started with an apprenticeship of over four years in the foundry, then gradually moved into increasingly technical roles: first as head of the tool shop, and today as foundry manager. I’ve experienced the company’s full evolution, including the transition from SAPRE to Bruschi, which gave me the opportunity to see how a close-knit team is built day by day. For me, teamwork is everything: at Bruschi there’s a strong sense of belonging, people who’ve been working together for thirty years and help each other even outside the workplace. I always strive for improvement, even when things seem to be going well. I’m never fully satisfied: I want to grow, learn, and make every detail work. Three words that describe me? Precision, expertise, and dedication.

Supply chain
Massimo Aschei Production & Supply chain Manager - Gorla Plant
I joined Bruschi in 2021, initially as technical office manager. Since then, my role has expanded, and today I also oversee production, logistics, planning, and shipments. It’s been a demanding but positive transition. At Bruschi I found a more united group, a technical environment where skills and a spirit of collaboration truly make a difference. My goal's to keep every part of the chain working—from people to outbound trucks—always aiming for balance and precision. I’d describe myself as precise, consistent, and proactive.
David Bartos Logistics Manager - USA Plant
In 1985, started my career in the die casting industry as a Production Planner. Over the years, also supervised several assembly lines, functioned as a Plant Manager while the company was developing a facility in Mexico, and eventually grew into my current position, Logistics Manager. lam excited about Bruschi's vision for this facility as the company has invested in new equipment and a new and improved ERP system to support our new and existing customers.
Giovanna Cosentini Logistic Manager Italy
I joined Bruschi' team in 2007. My first experience in the Customer Service Department gave me the opportunity to grow within the Company and to reach my current position as Customer Care & Logistic Manager. My commitment is to guarantee on-time deliveries towards our customers. This is ensured by an accurate scheduling of our production and of the external process steps by our business partners. Bruschi is a young and dynamic company and we see every day as a new opportunity.
Francesca Iccardi Buyer
I joined Bruschi in 2019, starting as an Accounting & Finance Specialist. While working, I also completed my master’s degree, writing my thesis about the company. In 2023, I chose to change perspective and take on a new challenge: the role of Buyer. It’s a field I’m still growing in, but one that truly stimulates me for its dynamism, the relationships with suppliers and colleagues, and the increasing responsibilities. What I appreciate most is the daily interaction with different people: managers, coworkers, internal teams. At Bruschi, everyone has the chance to contribute, learn, and build something concrete. I’d describe myself as collaborative, methodical, and always focused on adding value to what I do.

Luca Fattore HSE Manager
I am in Bruschi since the beginning of 2018, after 20 years of experience in important industrial groups and in consultancy on management issues of Quality, Safety and Environment. Currently I am responsible for Safety and Environment. I am introducing in Bruschi my ideas on Corporate Sustainability and the working method I developed over time. I try to be present, to convey calm and attentiveness, even in intense moments. When I see the departments working well and calmly, I know I’ve done a good job. I’d define myself as determined, precise, and empathetic.
