Electromechanical

Zamak articles for electromechanics have numerous properties that guarantee their operation in critical environments and with particular stresses and they are therefore particularly suitable for industrial applications. Resistance, hardness and rigidity, excellent surface quality, shielding against electromagnetic interference, anti-sparking properties and fluidity make the Zamak components for electromechanics suitable for performing mechanical and functional but also
Aluminum has high thermal conductivity, which helps manage heat generated by motors, transformers, or power electronics.

This is especially important in sealed or densely packed devices aesthetic and protective functions. Aluminum offers a high strength-to-weight ratio, making it ideal for devices that need to be both durable and lightweight—like handheld tools, actuators, or control units. Die-cast aluminum enclosures can provide effective protection against electromagnetic interference (EMI), which is vital for maintaining signal integrity in sensitive electronic
