The guest of the day was Eleonora Rocca, Co-founder & Vice-President of Horizon Group Ltd, as well as Founder and Managing Director of WomenX Impact. Eleonora is an expert in Digital Marketing and Innovation and has over 20 years of experience in marketing in multinational stages such as Hewlett Packard, Microsoft, Kingston Technology, and TP-Link UK.

As previously presented, Eleonora Rocca, founder of WomenX Impact, a reference point in Italy dedicated to women’s leadership with over 10,000 professionals registered in its community, was a vehicle for stories and advice to support the professional growth of today’s and tomorrow’s leaders.
Eleonora told the audience about her perspective on the present and the near future: focusing on the concept that social sustainability, following the dictates of Agenda 2030, also passes through women’s empowerment and a new consideration of the role of women in corporate organizations.
