Continuing vocational training: Bruschi’s new course Innovation Plan

People’s progression or company competitiveness are strictly linked to their ability to promote and start innovation processes, this is a capacity that is possible to reach only through updated educational path and professional qualifications: a constant improving that allows to be updated with better skills.

Bruschi innovation plan

This training system is oriented to people that want to update their professional competences linked to organizational and technology innovation.

Bruschi has ready taken the first steps toward this continual training through different means.

In the last months Bruschi had an important collaboration in terms of research with Politecnico di Milano, that involved many employees and project managers, and had also organized internal trainings aimed to obtain a certification that can be an important element for professional knowledge of employees.

Bruschi had also organized many courses inside the company where teachers were Bruschi’s employees, experts in die casting that could pass down knowledge among different departments.

Out of technical department Bruschi set up many languages courses and make use of external consultant for strategic planning.

In these days a course named “Piano d’innovazione – Innovation Plan” has started: almost 30% of Bruschi’s employees are involved in it.

This initiative has been arranged to allow people to understand better their work in particular is focused on a depth analysis of die casting topic. The course is taught by Eng. Andrea Panvini of the Mechanical and Industrial Engineering of the University of Brescia. A unique opportunity for employees to wide and deepen their knowledge.

The continual learning is a key point for Bruschi, because widen their knowledge employees can expand their techniques and focused them on creating a better product in a cost and time saving way, to reach excellence.
